Surgical Workflow

Simple 4-Step Placement Protocol

From site preparation to final seating — the BnT system is designed for clinical efficiency without compromising outcome predictability.

Site Preparation

Begin with the Stopper Drill Ø2.2, followed by the colour-coded final stopper drill (F3.5–F5.0) matching your chosen implant diameter. Cortical drill used for D1–D2 bone as needed.

Assess Bone Density

Select S1 (Strong) for dense bone requiring powerful tactile feedback, or S2 (Smooth) for softer bone requiring consistent progressive resistance. Choose implant length and diameter.

Implant Placement

Connect the Implant Driver (H.P) to handpiece and rotate in engine placement mode. Complete up to 80% seating with H.P., then finalise with the Torque Wrench (T.W.) driver for precision depth control.

Prosthetic Loading

Attach the Cover Screw or Healing Abutment. After osseointegration, proceed with your chosen prosthetic pathway — scan body, impression coping, MUA, or direct abutment — using the BnT prosthetic kit.

Air-Floating Ampule System

BnT Implants are packaged in a proprietary air-floating type ampule with an integrated implant and fixation pin design. The implant is separated from the ampule by diagonal rotation — never contacting the inner ampule wall — effectively preventing external contamination.

The result is a cleaner implant with optimal sterility maintained right up to the moment of placement.
